After successfully building Superior Appraisal Services, a leading appraisal company in Brooklyn NY, David partnered with his son Ben to establish Superior Valuation Group. The mission of SVG is to service our clients with the same professionalism, trust and respect they have grown accustomed to for over two decades.
We are a boutique commercial appraisal firm, providing nationwide appraisal services, specializing in the New York and New Jersey areas, which enables us to focus on our clients and their specific market. We provide narrative appraisal reports for all commercial property types, including; multifamily, office, retail, industrial and special purpose properties. In addition, we specialize in performing rent comparable studies for affordable housing. We appraise commercial properties for purchase, refinance, gift tax/estate planning, investment and due-diligence purposes.

Ben Neuhauser, President

Ben is a General Real Estate Appraiser currently licensed in New York, New Jersey, & Florida and has extensive experience in many different commercial property types including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, land, and special-purpose properties. As president of the firm, Ben is in charge of overseeing the firm’s operations from interacting with our existing clients, marketing and report writing. Ben performs rent comparable studies for HUD and property owners. Additionally, Ben is a Practice Affiliate with the Appraisal Institute and continuously attends advanced professional seminars covering complex appraisal topics.

David Neuhauser was president of Superior Real Estate Appraisal Services in Brooklyn, New York for 25 years. He is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has worked with many prestigious clients including TD Bank, Wells Fargo, Quicken Loans, and more. David’s specialty is multi-family properties in the five boroughs of NYC. He is well known for his vast knowledge in real estate investment properties in the tristate area.
Sharon Faitler,

Sharon Faitler has been performing commercial real estate appraisals throughout the country for close to a decade. She has experience with all property types, including marinas, large office buildings, hotels, deed restricted estates, farmland preservation and many iconic properties. Sharon worked on a plethora of project types, including government contracts, FAA reports, Yellow Book appraisals and easement valuations. Her strengths include precise and in-depth analysis of the market and property potential, clear communication and timely turnaround.
Frank Baccaro, Staff Appraiser
Frank has been appraising real estate since 2002. Frank’s experience ranges from single family homes to large commercial properties. Frank also hold a NJ Real Estate Salesperson License and is currently working towards earning his Licensed State Certified Tax Assessor designation. All of Frank’s qualifications allow him to produce thorough and credible valuations.

Yitty’s real estate valuation career began as a Residential Analyst back in 2010 and has since transitioned into the commercial valuation space. She is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use, multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties in New York, specifically in the five boroughs.
